RECETA OF FER
MEAT LASAGNA
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
- 9 slices of lasagne.- 250 g of minced beef.
- 100 g of tomato sauce.
- 50 g grated cheese.
- 1 onion.
- 1 glass of skim milk.
- 1 tablespoon light butter.
- 2 tablespoons of flour.
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
- 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Salt.
ELABORATION:
1- Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water. Drain them, shovel them in cold water and dry them on a cloth.
2- Peel and chop the onion and sauté it in a frying pan with oil until tender.
3- Add the meat, let it brown, add the tomato sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
4- In a baking dish, place layers of lasagne and meat alternately, ending with a layer of lasagna.
5- Prepare the béchamel: Melt the butter, dora the flour, pour the milk, season and cook without removing until it thickens.
6- Pour the béchamel over the lasagna, sprinkle with the grated cheese and gratin in the oven.
