mmmm delicious!

Squid in their ink

Ingredients

ü 32 squids
ü 2 onios
ü 1 tomato
ü 3 garlic cloves
ü Fish soup
ü Some Fresh parley
ü Salt and pepper
ü Extra virgin olive oil
 
 
Directions
1.   We clean all the squids. We pull of the tentacles to remove all the inside part. We take out the spine that it carries in the body. They must be very clean . 
2.    We chop the onion in brunoise and we fire it. Whe the onion is spring add diced tomato, the squids and chopped garlic
3.    We pour untill you cover the other ingredients and we let it cook for 40 minutes with the lid on.
4.   25 minutes later whe add the ink dissolved in water . we add salt and pepper.
5.   When the squids are tender we take out and we passed the sauce trought the strainer.
6.   Put the squids again in the sauce and left them in fire for 5 minutes.
7.   Put some fresh parley on top.
