Receipt of "STUFFED RAVIOLIS"


STUFFED RAVIOLIS in CHEESE SAUCE


INGREDIENTS

Raviolis (Flour, egs and salt)
Mushrooms
Ham
Spinaches
Cheese
Bacon
Garlic
Dried tomatoes
Milk cream
Oil
Salt
Black pepper
Nutmeg


INSTRUCTIONS

Process to make the fresh pasta (in this case Raviolis):

Mash the flour with egg and salt until we have a compact mass. Let rest for an hour. Flatten the mass with a roller. Cut it in squares pieces.

Doing the stuffing:

Cut up the ham, mushrooms and spinach finely. Saute them with little oil. Add the cheese and milk cream, and let reduce the suffing. Finally spice witn salt and pepper.

Process to make  the sauce:

Cut up the bacon and the garlic. Stir-fry the bacon and garlic in a sautè. Add dried tomatoes. Add cheese in cream and the milk cream and spice with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Let reduce the sauce.

Stuff the raviolis and boil them 5 minutes.

Pluck the stuffed raviolis with the sauce, and..................bon apettit.    ON EGIN!!!!!!!!!
