Kepa in the profesional

My name is kepa I am 20 years old. am study kitchen in the bolueta and want to be a  profesional kitchen  because I like very  much.My uncle has taught me a few several years in his kitchen of since it is  profesional. last year I have done practices in sondika.I go already three years in bolueta and am very satisfied.I want to open my own restaurant in bilbo or in leioa, I am want to do a menu of the day.
