                                      MAJADITO OF CHICKEN

• 1 1 1/2 kg chicken                                              • Fried egg
• 450 grams of popular rice                                 • Fried plantain
• 1 large onion                                                       • Cooked cassava
• 3 garlic cloves                                                     • Tomato in julienne
• 1 small paprika                                                   • Onion in julienne
• 1/2 carrot
• Chicken broth 1 1/2 liter
• Salt pepper
• Sweet pepper or coloring

Preparation>

Cook the chicken ln small piece in a large pot

Chop the onion, garlic, paprika and carrot in small cubes and then in a frying pan all together. Add the pepper, salt and sweet paprika, once ready to let stand.

Then measure the broth where the duck cooked, 1 1/2 liter or so, add the sofrito, duck and rice. Leave to cook without stopping to beat, until the rice is to your liking.

Once ready to accompany with egg and fried plantain, tomato salad with onion and if you want with cooked cassava.
