Cheese filled potato dumplings

Ingredients:1kg for potatoes,grated chesse,sal,aceite,flour and laurel


1º.- We begin peeling the potatoes, and once we have them peeled and well cleaned, we cook them and cook in a pan with plenty of water, salt and 2 bay leaves.

2º.- When we have the potatoes well cooked, we drain well, and crush, until obtaining a mashed potatoes. Let it cool slightly.

3º.- Once we have the mashed potatoes tempered, we make the balls as if they were potato dumplings, and in the middle we put some grated cheese.

4º.- Finally, we pass the meatballs for flour and fry in abundant oil until they are golden. Remove to a plate with absorbent paper, and ready!


We already have our potato dumplings stuffed with cheese, a complement or perfect garnish to accompany a good steak or oven secret
